GE IC693ALG392 Description
The IC693ALG392 Analog Current/Voltage Output Module is part of the Series 90-30 product range from GE Fanuc Automation. This module is an 8-channel analog output module that can generate current and voltage loop outputs from up to 8 single-ended output channels. Bipolar and unipolar voltage ranges are available, as well as current ranges of 0 to 20 milliamps or 4 to 20 milliamps. Every output channel is capable of doing digital-to-analog conversion. Each of the eight output channels has an update rate of 8 milliseconds. The IC693ALG392 module has features for reporting open wire problems to the CPU when it is in current mode.This analog current/voltage output module can still recover to the last working state it was in before the problem occurred if there is a power outage. Each of the outputs is programmed to the last value it was at or can be reset to zero after applying external power to the module after a power failure.
Installation of the GE Fanuc Series 90-30 IC693ALG392 Analog Current/Voltage Output Module in any of the RX3i PACSystems I/O chassis slots is supported. It features an external power supply with a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC that may be attached to the terminal block of the module.To achieve and maintain optimal levels of performance and durability, this output module runs at maximum load resistance. The IC693ALG392 Analog Current/Voltage Output Module has two LED indicators that display the module’s operational state as well as the power supply’s status. Each output channel can be configured to operate as a voltage or current output by the operators. Simultaneous selection is possible in both modes of operation.

The utility model is composed of three parts of a PLC host
1. Input Unit
The input unit is composed of 8 buttons, 8 switches and 16 connectors, which are respectively connected with 16 input points of PLC. Change the on-off state of these switches or buttons to input the required switching value to the host. The 16 connectors can be externally connected with other DC or switching value input signals.
2. Output Unit
The output unit is composed of 24 diodes and 24 connectors, which are respectively connected with 24 output points of PLC. Whether the LED emits light can indicate the state of the output point, and the user can get the output information of the host. The 24 output connectors can be externally connected to other devices that need to be controlled. The four ground terminals of the output unit are led out to the panel respectively, of which only C4 and 3V power supply are grounded together.
3. Power Supply Unit
There is an external 220V / AV power socket on the left of the PLC host as the working power supply of the PLC. Built in transformer, output 3V power supply for diode. In addition, 24VDC and 24gnd of PLC have been led out to the panel for the working power supply of external input devices (such as sensors)
